For example, he helped us to make our house ready by removing items that weren't wanted and not included in the sale. He carried equipment back to the cable provider. And, he was ready to help move furniture and do fix-up. He explained in detail the process of listing, selling and closing, providing written material as well as advising us about support services needed to carry out the selling process. His suggestions at various decision points were balanced, fair and cognizant of both buyer and seller expectations. His interactions with the buyers agent kept the process forward-moving.
